Terms and Conditions - Sunsets 'n' Sandbars

1. Booking and Payment:
   • All bookings are subject to availability.
   • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
   • Full payment is due prior to the commencement of the charter.
   • Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods.

            2.  Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made by the customer:
  • Cancellations made more than [X days/weeks/months] before the scheduled charter will receive a full refund minus any applicable transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made within [X days/weeks/months] of the scheduled charter may result in a partial refund, subject to our discretion.
• Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances:
  • In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the charter.
  • If we cancel the charter, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

1. Safety and Conduct:
   • The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority.
   • Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
   • Any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive to the charter will result in immediate termination of the trip, with no refunds provided.

1. Alcohol and Drugs:
   • The consumption of alcohol is permitted on board for guests of legal drinking age.
   • Guests are responsible for their alcohol consumption and must drink responsibly.
   • The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on board.

1. Liability:
   • Sunsets 'n' Sandbars and its crew are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the charter.
   • Guests participate in the charter at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

1. Insurance:
   • Sunsets 'n' Sandbars maintains liability insurance for its operations.
   • Guests are encouraged to have their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

1. Charter Alterations:
   • We reserve the right to make changes to the charter itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors.
   • Any changes will be communicated to guests as soon as possible.

1. Children and Pets:
   • Children are welcome on board but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
   • Pets may be allowed on board with prior arrangement and approval.

1. Environmental Responsibility:
   • We are committed to protecting the marine environment.
   • Guests are asked to respect wildlife, refrain from littering, and follow all environmental regulations.

   • By booking a charter with Sunsets 'n' Sandbars, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
